Shipping & Delivery

We ship primarily to the United States and the United Kingdom. Delivery timeframes are estimates and may be affected by carriers, weather, peak seasons, address issues, or customs processing.

When do you process and dispatch orders?
Orders are typically processed within 48 hours. Dispatch occurs Monday–Friday (excluding public holidays). Orders placed after 2:00 PM Friday or during the weekend (Friday 2:00 PM through Sunday) are generally dispatched on the next business day.
What are the estimated delivery times?
Estimated delivery time begins after dispatch:
  • United States: approximately 5–10 business days
  • United Kingdom: approximately 7–15 business days (customs clearance may extend this timeframe)
Delivery estimates are not guaranteed. Delays can occur due to carrier capacity, weather, peak seasons, customs inspection, or incomplete/incorrect addresses.
How much is shipping and do you offer free shipping?
Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on destination and available carrier options. Free-shipping eligibility is also shown at checkout. Typical free-shipping thresholds:
  • United States: free standard shipping for orders $140+
  • United Kingdom: free standard shipping for orders $150+
Do UK orders include customs duties and import charges?
UK orders may be subject to customs duties, import VAT, and/or carrier handling fees. Unless explicitly stated otherwise at checkout, these charges are the customer’s responsibility and are not included in product prices or shipping fees.
Will I receive tracking information?
Yes. After dispatch, we send tracking information to the email address you provide at checkout. Carriers may also send delivery updates by email or SMS when available.
What if my package is delayed?
Delays can happen for reasons outside our control. If tracking shows unusual delays, please contact us with your order number and tracking link. We can assist with carrier follow-up and provide guidance based on the tracking status.
Tracking shows “Delivered”, but I can’t find my package. What should I do?
If tracking shows “Delivered”, please check nearby areas, mailrooms, building management, and with neighbors/household members. Then contact the carrier to open a delivery investigation. If you need help, email us at [email protected] with your order number.

Returns & Refunds

Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery (subject to eligibility and inspection). Please contact us before sending anything back to obtain return authorization and instructions.

What items are eligible for return?
To be eligible, items must be in resalable condition: unworn, unwashed, unaltered, and free from any damage or excessive wear, with all original tags intact. If a returned item does not meet these requirements, we may refuse the refund and/or return the item to you.
Do I need authorization before returning?
Yes. Please contact us first to obtain return authorization and the correct return instructions. Unauthorized returns (returns sent without approval) may not be processed.
Who pays return shipping?
If the return is due to personal reasons (for example, change of mind or sizing preference), the customer is responsible for return shipping and any related costs. If a return is required due to our error (defective item, incorrect item shipped, or item damaged in transit), we will cover the return shipping costs after you contact us and follow our instructions.
Do you offer exchanges?
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different size or item, please return the original purchase (subject to eligibility) for a refund and place a new order.
How long do refunds take and where will my refund go?
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method used for purchase and to the original purchaser. Once we receive and inspect your return, we process refunds within 7 business days. Your bank or payment provider may take additional time to post the funds to your account.
Do my statutory consumer rights still apply?
Yes. Nothing in this policy affects your statutory rights under applicable consumer protection laws.

Payments

We process payments securely through third-party providers and do not store full card details on our servers.

What payment methods do you accept?
We accept Discover, Visa, Apple Pay, Klarna, eps, and SEPA.
Why did my payment fail?
Payment can fail for several reasons. Common causes include:
  • Insufficient funds or the card has reached its spending limit.
  • Issuer/bank decline due to fraud prevention or security checks.
  • Billing details mismatch (name, address, ZIP/postcode) not matching your bank records.
  • Authentication not completed (e.g., 3D Secure verification).
  • Card restrictions (online purchases, international transactions, or merchant category restrictions).
  • Apple Pay not available on your device/browser or wallet not configured correctly.
  • Klarna eligibility checks were not approved.
  • SEPA/eps authorization timed out or was canceled.
  • Temporary network or gateway issues.
Try again using a different payment method, confirm your billing information, or contact your bank for the exact decline reason. If the issue continues, email us at [email protected] with your order attempt time and any error message shown.
Who processes payments? Do you store my card details?
Payments are processed by Stripe. We do not store full payment card details (such as card number or security code) on our servers.
Can I change my payment method after placing an order?
Once an order is placed, we may not be able to change the payment method. If you need assistance, please contact us as soon as possible at [email protected] and include your order number.

Privacy & Data Security

We collect information needed to process orders and operate the site. We use technical and organizational measures designed to protect your information.

What platform is your store built on?
This website is a self-hosted store built on WordPress and powered by WooCommerce. Information collected through the site is stored on servers managed by us or service providers operating on our behalf.
What information do you collect?
We collect information you provide (such as name, email, phone, shipping/billing address, and order details) and certain information collected automatically (such as IP address and device/browser data) for security, analytics, and service improvement.
How do you protect my data?
We use safeguards such as SSL/TLS encryption in transit, access controls, monitoring/logging, and regular security updates. While we take reasonable steps to protect personal information, no method of transmission or storage is 100% secure.
How long do you keep my information?
We retain personal information only as long as necessary for order fulfillment, customer support, and the purposes described in our Privacy Policy. Where legally required (for example, tax, accounting, or compliance obligations), we may retain certain information for longer periods.
What privacy rights do I have?
Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or restrict the use of your personal information. Our Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, USA, except where mandatory consumer protection laws apply. If you are a consumer located in the United Kingdom, you may have additional rights under applicable UK consumer protection laws.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our Terms include disclaimers and limitations of liability. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so some terms may not apply to you.
