1) Returns Overview

We want you to be confident in your purchase. If you need to return an eligible item, you must request return authorization from us first and follow the instructions provided. This policy applies to apparel products purchased from GUANG XI XI FENG MAO YI YOU XIAN GONG SI, LLC.

2) Return Window

You have 30 days from the date you receive your order to request and send back eligible items. Returns initiated after 30 days may not be accepted.

3) Return Eligibility (Condition Requirements for Apparel)

All returned items must be in resalable condition. This means the item must be: unworn (other than careful try-on indoors), unwashed, unaltered, free from any damage or excessive wear, and with all original tags fully attached and intact.

Returns may be refused if the item shows signs of wear or handling beyond normal try-on, including (without limitation): stains, deodorant marks, perfume/cologne or smoke odor, pet hair or excessive lint, stretching, fading, fabric pilling, scuffs, damage, missing components, or missing/removed tags.

Please handle items with care and ensure they remain in original condition. Except where the item is faulty (in which case you may have statutory rights), returns that are damaged, altered, or missing original tags will not be accepted.

4) Return Authorization (Required Before Sending Anything Back)

Before sending anything back, you must contact us to obtain return authorization, the return address, and return instructions. Unauthorized returns (returns sent back without prior approval) may not be processed.

Please clearly mark your parcel as “Return” and ensure items are returned in their original condition and protected packaging (for example, folded neatly and packed securely to avoid damage during transit).

5) Return Labels

We provide a prepaid return label only for returns due to our error (for example, a defective item, an incorrect item shipped, or an item damaged in transit). For all other returns (including sizing preference or change of mind), you are responsible for arranging and paying for return shipping.

6) Refused / Ineligible Returns and Return-to-Sender Costs

If a return is refused because it does not meet the eligibility requirements, we may return the item to you. You may be responsible for the shipping costs to send the refused item back to you, where permitted by law.

7) Shipping Fees, Duties, and Deductions

Shipping fees are non-refundable. If you paid shipping at checkout, that shipping charge will not be refunded. If the return is due to personal reasons (for example, change of mind, incorrect size selected, or preference), you are responsible for all return shipping costs.

Duties, taxes, and carrier fees are non-refundable. Any import duties, taxes, customs charges, or carrier handling fees assessed on the original shipment or the return shipment are the customer’s responsibility and are not refundable. If such charges are billed to us in connection with your return, we may deduct these amounts from your refund where permitted by law.

8) Returns Due to Our Error

If a return is required due to an error on our part (for example, you received a defective item, an incorrect item, or an item damaged in transit), we will cover the return shipping costs and provide a prepaid return label. Please contact us before returning the item so that we can provide the correct instructions.

9) Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different size or item, please return your order for a refund (subject to eligibility and inspection) and place a new order.

10) Refund Method & Processing Time

Approved refunds will be issued to the original purchaser using the same payment method used for the purchase. We cannot send refunds to a different card, account, or third party.

Once we receive and inspect your returned item(s), we will process your refund within 7 business days. After we process the refund, your bank or payment provider may take additional time to post the funds to your account. The final posting time depends on your bank and is outside our control.

Nothing in this policy affects your statutory rights under applicable consumer protection laws.
