Shipping Policy

This Shipping Policy applies to all orders placed through GUANG XI XI FENG MAO YI YOU XIAN GONG SI, LLC. All delivery timeframes provided are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Actual delivery times may vary due to carrier operations, destination, customs processing, weather conditions, public holidays, or other factors beyond our control.

Order Processing & Dispatch

Orders are typically processed within 48 hours of purchase. Orders are shipped Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and public holidays.

Orders placed after 2:00 PM on Friday or during the weekend (Friday after 2:00 PM through Sunday) will be processed and dispatched on the next business day.

Once an order has been dispatched, a shipping confirmation email with tracking information will be sent to the email address provided at checkout.

Shipping Carriers

We ship orders using reputable third-party carriers selected based on destination and service availability. Carrier selection is at our discretion.

United States Shipping

Estimated delivery time: Approximately 5–10 business days after dispatch.

Shipping cost: $6.99 for standard shipping.

Free shipping: Orders with a merchandise subtotal of $140 or more qualify for free standard shipping within the United States.

Taxes: U.S. orders do not include VAT. Any applicable sales tax will be calculated and displayed at checkout in accordance with state and local regulations.

United Kingdom Shipping

Estimated delivery time: Approximately 7–15 business days after dispatch. Delivery times may vary depending on customs clearance procedures.

Shipping cost: $9.99 for standard international shipping.

Free shipping: Orders with a merchandise subtotal of $150 or more qualify for free standard shipping to the United Kingdom.

Duties & import taxes: Orders shipped to the United Kingdom may be subject to customs duties, import VAT, or handling fees imposed by local authorities. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in product prices or shipping fees.

Delivery Delays

Shipping delays may occur due to circumstances outside of our control, including but not limited to:

If tracking information indicates that an order has been delivered but has not been received, or if a shipment appears significantly delayed, please contact us within 48 hours of the delivery update. We will assist in contacting the carrier and initiating an investigation where applicable.
