If duties or fees are refused, the shipment may be returned or abandoned. Any related costs (including return shipping, duties, and fees) may be deducted from an eligible refund or charged to you where permitted by law.
8. Shipping, Delivery Estimates, and Risk of Loss
We ship primarily to customers in the United States and the United Kingdom. Shipping options, fees, and estimated delivery timeframes are shown at checkout and/or described in our Shipping Policy. All delivery timeframes are estimates only and are not guaranteed.
Delays may occur due to circumstances outside our control, including carrier disruptions, weather events, high-volume periods, customs inspections, incomplete/incorrect addresses, or other operational constraints. We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs authorities, or events beyond our reasonable control.
Title and risk of loss pass to you upon delivery of the order to the carrier, unless otherwise required by applicable law. If tracking indicates “delivered,” the order will be deemed delivered.
9. Address Accuracy
You are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address. If a package is returned, delayed, or misdelivered due to incorrect or incomplete address information provided by you, you may be responsible for additional shipping fees and related costs where permitted by law.
10. Returns, Refunds, and Exchanges
Returns and refunds are governed by our Return & Refund Policy. Returned items must meet the return conditions stated in that policy, including (without limitation) that items must be in resalable condition (unworn, unwashed, unaltered, and free from damage or excessive wear), with all original tags intact. If a returned item does not meet the required conditions, we may refuse the refund and may return the item to you.
You must contact us before sending any item back to obtain return authorization and instructions. Unauthorized returns may not be processed. We do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different size or item, return the original item (subject to eligibility) for a refund and place a new order.
If an item requires cleaning or repackaging to be resold (for example, due to odor, excessive lint/hair, poor packaging, or other conditions requiring cleaning), we may charge a restocking/repackaging fee to cover related costs, which may be deducted from your refund where permitted by law.
If a return is required due to our error (such as a defective item, incorrect item shipped, or an item damaged in transit), we will cover the return shipping costs, provided you contact us first and follow our instructions. Nothing in this policy affects your statutory rights under applicable consumer protection laws.
11. Chargebacks and Payment Disputes
If you have an issue with an order, please contact us before initiating a chargeback or payment dispute so we can attempt to resolve the issue.
